Homeschool Evaluations
End of the year evaluations for homeschoolers, in person preferred
Service Description
I consider it a great privilege to teach my own children, as well as serve others who choose the high road of homeschooling. Evaluating is a service I have offered for the past 4 years, I see the end of the year evaluation as an opportunity for you and your student to reflect and celebrate the growth that occurred over the year. I take a interview-like approach, asking students and their parents questions connected to their year. Over my 12 years of educating, I've worked with students in pre-K all the way up to college age, and I am comfortable engaging with students of all ages. For secondary students, I will provide PA graduation requirements and am able to help strategize with the parent to plan for the future. If you are scheduling a senior evaluation, please indicate this on the form and provide the graduation certificate at the time of the evaluation. For younger students, I engage with both student and parent to get a picture of educational and personal growth over the year. Cost is $30 per evaluation, with a cap of $100 per family and will take place at The Farmhouse at 1200 Butler Lane, Perkasie, PA. The environment is relaxed and casual. I am scheduling evaluations on select Monday and Thursday afternoons in May and June from 1:00-4:00pm. Evaluations are scheduled in 20 minute intervals. If these days/times do not work, please reach out via email.
